Refund Policy

Refund Process
Return Request

Return Shipping
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to send your item back to our return address.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Refund Timeframe
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items returned after the 14-day period.
- Products not in their original condition or missing parts due to customer error.
- Sale items (if marked as final sale).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
